2. 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Bags)

If you're a returning customer and received extra bags you don’t need right now, you’re welcome to return any unopened and sealed bags within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please also include proof of purchase when initiating the return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please contact us at support@mycomood.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@mycomood.com within 7 days of the delivery date with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
