Return and Refund Policy

At MycoMood, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost, please contact us at support@mycomood.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@mycomood.com within 7 days of the delivery date with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
